*Rest in peace, grandpa... (1935-2008)

My grandfather died yesterday at 4:00 AM at the age of 73. Ever since he retired, he has been in great depression because he thought his life is gonna end soon. Eventually, it slowly killed him. In the end he forgot how to even do the most simplest tasks, and would not recognize anyone (he got some kind of brain damage). Though he never cared for anyone, and was a perk most of the time, we had some fun times with each other. Honestly, I don't know what to do right now. I somehow feel like a monster for not crying. I mean, I should be...:(

Aw you poor thing  I'm soo sorry. Your not a monster for not crying, it's called shock. But 73's a good age to live to. The best you can do right now is be strong and think of all the great things you did together.

Sorry to hear this.

Different people have different ways of coping with death, you're not a monster for not crying. It's best not to think that way.

What!?!? You've never seen a Dragon on steroids before!?!?
:manhug: You are not a monster for not crying. As DragonOnSteroids said, everyone has different ways of coping with death.

What?! Ervin, I'm so sorry to hear that! I apologize, but I don't have anything to say right now. I can only hope that you are not to hurt right now.

Hatred is nothing, but Poison. Poison for the soul, for you, and for anyone else. It makes you feel good, but it serves no one; for, it is just an invitation to kill, to win enemies, and to sink your soul into oblivion.
I'm so sorry ><;; Hope you feel better soon and recover from this, mkay?
Thats sad. Im very sorry for that. I felt like that when I didn't cry at my grandfather's funeral too... But be glad that his suffering is over
